Nakkash

The movie Nakkash follows the story of Alla Rakha, a Muslim craftsman who faces ostracism from his community for engraving Hindu Gods in temples, but gains popularity as a symbol of accord with a news article a year later. Nakkash is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language Drama movie featuring Inaamulhaq, Sharib Hashmi, Pawan Tiwari, Kumud Mishra, Rajesh Sharma, Gulki Joshi and Sidharth Bhardwaj. Jalsa Pictures in association with AB Infosoft Creation. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Zaigham Imam, Pawan Tiwari and Govind Goyal. The film is written and directed by Zaigham Imam. Golden Ratio Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Nakkash was released on 31st May 2019 and takes a screen time of 104 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₹3 lakh. Cinematography was done by Asit Biswas and editing by Prakash Jha. The music was composed by Aman Pant.
