Shyloo

The film tells the story of Manja and Shyloo, childhood sweethearts whose love is threatened by Shyloos mothers change of heart, leading to Manjas arrest, escape from prison, and a series of obstacles they face on their journey, including the sympathy of a police officer, but ultimately resulting in tragedy as Shyloo is killed and Manja seeks revenge, resulting in a long prison sentence. Shyloo is a 2011 Indian Kannada-language Crime Drama film featuring Ganesh, Rangayana Raghu, Suchendra Prasad and Bhama Kurup. The movie is based on Mynaa. K. Manju Cinemas was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) K. Manju. Shyloo is written by Ishaan Dev, Jassie Gift and S. Narayan and it is directed by S. Narayan. Jayanna Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Shyloo was released on 11th June 2011 and takes a screen time of 152 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Shyloo was made on a budget of ₹3 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹29 crore. Cinematography was done by Jagadesh Waali and editing by K. R. Lingaraj.
