Indrani falls in love with an honest man named Dinesh, but after Mohanlal manipulates and poisons Seths mind, Dinesh is kidnapped and imprisoned, allowing Mohanlal to take control of the business and marry Indrani. Lalit Kala Mandir was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Aravind Sen and Aarvind Sen.
