An astronomers family gets tangled up in a robbery case and must work together to uncover their family friends involvement in illegal activities and bring the robbers to justice. Jubilee Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Joy Thomas Shakthikulangara and Joy Thomas. Manu Uncle is written by Shibu Chakravarthy and Dennis Joseph and it is directed by Dennis Joseph. Jubilee Productions acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Manu Uncle was released on 7th April 1988. The screenplay for the movie was written by Shibu Chakravarthy. Cinematography was done by Jayanan Vincent and editing by K. Shankunny.
