In 1958, Danny and Sandy fall in love over the summer but face challenges when they reunite at Rydell High School, ultimately overcoming misunderstandings and changing for each other in a flying car. Grease is a 1978 American English-language Musical Romance motion picture starring John Travolta, Olivia Newton-john, Stockard Channing, Jeff Conaway, Eve Arden, Frankie Avalon and Barry Fisher. The movie is inspired from Grease by Jim Jacobs Warren Casey. Paramount Pictures in association with Allan Carr Productions, Robert Stigwood Organization and Polydor Records. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Allan Carr and Robert Stigwood. Grease is written by Jim Jacobs, Warren Casey, Bronte Woodard and Allan Carr and it is directed by Randal Kleiser. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Grease was released on 16th June 1978 and takes a screen time of 110 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Grease was made on a budget of $6 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $396 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Bronte Woodard. Cinematography was done by Bill Butler and editing by John F. Burnett and Robert Pergament. The music was composed by Jim Jacobs along with Warren Casey and Michael Gibson.
