Aattakalasam

A police officer misinterprets an incident, causes his younger brother to leave the house, flirts with his cousin and mistreats his wife, but realizes his mistake after reading a letter from his brother who dies in their arms. Aattakalasam is a 1983 Indian Malayalam-language Action Drama film starring Prem Nazir, Lakshmi, Mohanlal Viswanathan, S Lakshman Kumar, Chitra, Achankunju and Manavalan Joseph. Jubilee Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Joy Thomas Shakthikulangara and Joy Thomas. Aattakalasam is written by Salim Cherthala and directed by J Sasikumar and J. Sasikumar. Jubilee Productions acquired the distribution rights for the film. Aattakalasam was released on 29th November 1983 and takes a screen time of 140 minutes. Cinematography was done by N. A. Thara and editing by K. Sankunni. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Raveendran.
