Aalayam

The story follows a clerk named Ramalingam who faces a dilemma when his son-in-law asks for financial help after misplacing money at work, and later, his principles are put to the test when a businessman offers him a bribe, ultimately leading to his final decision. Aalayam is a 1967 Indian Tamil-language Drama film starring Major Sundarrajan, Nagesh, Srikanth, V. K. Ramasamy, Gopu, Baby Mahalakshmi and Sreekanth. The movie is based on Nenje Nee Vaazhga by Pilahari S. Raman. Sunbeam was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sunbeam. Aalayam is written by A. Bhimsingh, Bilahari and T.k. Ramamoorthy and it is directed by Thirumalai Mahalingam and Thirumalai-mahalingam. Sri Venkateswara Cinetone acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
