A couple living next to a disruptive fraternity face a series of challenges and engage in a war with them, culminating in a chaotic prank, while in another story, a family befriends their alien neighbors in a gated community, and in a third story, a woman with amnesia returns to her neighborhood where an escaped prisoner seeks revenge on her, all while new neighbors have their own secrets.
