Series originally aired on Starz. Starz Media acquired the distribution rights for the television series. Creator of the series is Moira Walley-Beckett. Flesh and Bone was released on 5th November 1993 and takes a screen time of 60 minutes for each episode. The television series made a box office gross of $9 million.
