Jessy, a farmers daughter, accidentally develops a relationship with Vishnu, an auto-rickshaw driver, after dialing the wrong number, but their meeting is constantly interrupted by various obstacles and misunderstandings, leading to a dramatic confrontation between Vishnu, a thief, and a love triangle between Jessy, Vishnu, and Benny. Kappela is a 2020 Indian Malayalam-language Comedy Romance motion picture starring Anna Ben, Sreenath Bhasi, Roshan Mathew, Sudhi Koppa, Tanvi Ram, Musthafa and Rj Nilja. Kadhaas Untold was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Vishnu Venu. The motion picture is written and directed by Muhammad Musthafa. Local Theatres acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Kappela was released on 6th March 2020 and takes a screen time of 113 minutes. Kappela was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹0 lakh. Cinematography was done by Jimshi Khalid and editing by Noufal Abdullah. The music was composed by Sushin Shyam.
