A film set in 1967 follows an 11-year-old boy named Tarek and his mother as they navigate life in temporary camps, longing for a better life and hoping to be reunited with Tareks father, exploring themes of displacement, longing, and the search for hope. When I Saw You is a 2012 Arabic-language Drama motion picture starring Mahmoud Asfa, , Ruba Blal, Saleh Bakri, Anas Algaralleh, Ali Elayan and Hamada Atallah. When I Saw You was Produced by Ossama Bawardi. The motion picture is written and directed by Annemarie Jacir. The Match Factory acquired the distribution rights for the film. When I Saw You was released on 13th June 2013 and takes a screen time of 93 minutes. Cinematography was done by H l ne Louvart. The music was composed by Kamran Rastegar.
