Thanga Surangam

During WWII, a woman entrusts her son to a priest for safety, and years later, her son, now a C.B.I officer, investigates a gang involved in counterfeit gold production, leading him to confront the gangs leader who turns out to be his own father. Thanga Surangam is a 1969 Indian Tamil-language film featuring Sivaji Ganesan, Bharathi, Vennira Aadai Nirmala, Shivaji Ganesan, R.s. Manohar, T.s. Muthaiah and Major Sundarrajan. E. V. R. Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) E. V. Rajan. The movie is directed by T. R. Ramanna. The screenplay for the movie was written by Sakthi T. K. Krishnasamy. Cinematography was done by G. Durai-Amirtham and editing by M. S. Mani. The music was composed by T. K. Ramamoorthy.
