Count Dracula and his familiar R.M. Renfield move to New Orleans where Renfield plans to hunt abusive lovers to feed Dracula, but their plans are threatened by rival crime families and a police officer named Rebecca. The movie is based on Dracula by Bram Stoker. RENFIELD was Produced by Chris Mckay, Samantha Nisenboim, Bryan Furst, Sean Furst, Robert Kirkman and David Alpert. The movie is directed by Chris Mckay. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. RENFIELD was released on 14th April 2023 and takes a screen time of 93 minutes. RENFIELD was made on a budget of $65 million and at the box office it grossed only $26 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Ryan Ridley.
