Poomaram

The film is centered around the Mahatma Gandhi University Youth Festival, an annual competition for colleges under the university to showcase their talents, but also serves as a platform for students to connect and celebrate the arts and culture, providing a glimpse into the creative potential of Indias youth. Poomaram is a 2018 Indian Malayalam-language Drama motion picture featuring Kalidas Jayaram, Neeta Pillai, Kunchacko Boban, Meera Jasmine, Lijo Jose, Binson Thomas Idukki and Maria Vincent. Dr. Paul s Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Abrid Shine and Paul Varghese. The motion picture is written and directed by Abrid Shine. Central Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Poomaram was released on 15th March 2018 and takes a screen time of 152 minutes. Cinematography was done by Gnaanam Subramanian and editing by KR Midhun. The music was composed by Perumbavoor G. Raveendranath along with Gopi Sundar, Faisal Razi, Leela L Girish Kuttan, Arackal Nandakumar, Nasil P, K.a Anish, Vishnu Manu, Sivasankar and Sayoojya Das.
