P.V. Rao betrays his sisters and takes over their property, leading to conflicts with his nieces who struggle to make a living and find love, but ultimately, through efforts from Chalapati, Annapoorna, and others, weddings are successfully arranged, resulting in a happy ending. Cinematography was done by Baba Azmi and editing by G. R. Anil Dattatreya. The music was composed by M. S. Viswanathan.
