Movie House in association with Zip Cinema. were the production houses involved in the project. Master is written by Ui-seok Jo and directed by Ui-seok Jo and Cho Ui-seok. CJ Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the film. Master was released on 13th January 2017 and takes a screen time of 143 minutes. Master was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹11 lakh. The screenplay for the movie was written by Cho Ui-seok and Kim Hyun-duk. Cinematography was done by Yoo Eok and Kim Jung-woo and editing by Shin Min-kyung. The music was composed by Dalpalan along with Jang Yeong-gyu.
