In 1939 Manchuria, three characters get caught up in a violent competition to obtain a treasure map, with a bandit, thief, and bounty hunter all vying for it, leading to chaos, bloodshed, and ultimately their demise after discovering the map leads to a pointless hole full of crude oil, leaving the surviving bounty hunter on the run.
