Kanyaka Talkies

After personal tragedies, Yakoob hands over his small-town theatre showcasing soft porn movies to the church which is converted to a chapel and despite the spiritual transformation it seems to be haunted by its past. Kanyaka Talkies is a 2015 Indian Malayalam-language Drama Mystery movie featuring Murali Gopy, Alencier Ley Lopez, Indrans, Maniyan Pilla Raju, Sudheer Karmana, Chempil Asokan and Nandu. Tropical Cinema in association with Work in Progress. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Tropical Cinema. Kanyaka Talkies is written by Ranjini Krishnan, K.r. Manoj, Shaji Kumar P V, P.v. Shajikumar, P. V. Shajikumar and K R Manoj and it is directed by K.r. Manoj and K R Manoj. Tropical Cinema acquired the distribution rights for the film. Kanyaka Talkies was released on 10th July 2015 and takes a screen time of 115 minutes. Cinematography was done by Shehnad Jalaal and editing by Mahesh Narayanan. The music was composed by Rajivan Ayyappan.
