A group of classmates reunite after 15 years to honor their deceased friends dream, while a love story between two of them is sabotaged by a rival and the truth about their friends death is uncovered. Classmates is a 2006 Indian Malayalam-language Drama Mystery film starring Jayasurya, Kavya Madhavan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Indrajith Sukumaran, Narain Kumar, Radhika and Subbalakshmi. Arya Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Prakash Damodaran and P. K. Muralidharan. Classmates is written by James Albert and directed by Lal Jose. Lal Release acquired the distribution rights for the film. Classmates was released on 1st August 2006 and takes a screen time of 150 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Classmates was made on a budget of ₹3 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹23 crore. Cinematography was done by Rajeev Ravi and editing by Ranjan Abraham. The music was composed by Alex Paul.
