Heldorado

Roy Rogers, a Nevada State Ranger Captain in charge of the Rangers Reclamation Service, makes a trip to Las Vegas for the annual Heldorado Frontier Days Festival, as he wants to help his old friend Gabby Whittaker who originated the idea (at least, in this film).In Las Vegas, Roy meets heiress Carol Randall, who has been selected as the Queen of the Heldorado. Roy is informed that the F.B.I. wants an immediate investigation of the counterfeit thousand dollar bills that are being passed over the gambling tables at the casino. Written by Les Adams Heldorado is a 1946 American English-language Western movie starring Roy Rogers, Trigger, George gabby Hayes, Dale Evans, Paul Harvey, Brad Dexter and Joe Yrigoyen. Republic Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Edward J. White. Heldorado is written by Gerald Geraghty and Julian Zimet and it is directed by William Witney. Republic Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Heldorado was released on 15th December 1946 and takes a screen time of 70-54 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of $1 million. Cinematography was done by William Bradford and editing by Lester Orlebeck. The music was composed by R. Dale Butts along with Joseph Dubin.
