Devta

A taxi driver named Ballu becomes involved with a powerful mafia boss, but ultimately decides to protect a police officer he was ordered to kill after discovering his connection to a former lover. Devta is a 1998 Hindi-language Action film starring Mithun Chakraborty, Aditya Pancholi, Payal Malhotra, Arun Bakshi, Kiran Kumar, Tej Sapru and Mushtaq Khan. Mayura Films Combines was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ashok Saraswat. Devta is written by Naeem-ejaz and directed by Jagdish A Sharma. Devta was released on 1st January 1998 and takes a screen time of 135 min. Devta was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹1 crore. Cinematography was done by Damodar Naidu and editing by Nasir Hakim Ansari. The music was composed by Dilip Sen-sameer Sen along with Rajesh Ahulwalia.
