A troubled boy is given a seat in an all-girls college by the principal under the condition that he causes no trouble, where he is targeted by a group led by Preeta but ultimately finds love and helps others find love as well before being arrested and eventually having misunderstandings resolved. Chocolate is a 2007 Malayalam-language Comedy Romance motion picture starring Jayasurya, Roma, Samvrutha Sunil, Remya Nabeeshan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Ramya Nambeeshan and Subbalakshmi. Chocolate is written by Sachid Anandan, Sachi Sethu and Sachi-sethu and it is directed by Shafi. Chocolate was released on 12th October 2007. Chocolate was made on a budget of ₹9 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹6 crore. Cinematography was done by Alagappan N and editing by Hariharaputhran. The music was composed by Alex Paul.
