Chandragrohon

The Bengali film, Chandragrohan, explores the struggles faced by Phalani, an illegitimate daughter of a mentally unstable woman, as she battles judgment, stigma, prejudice, and discrimination from society in her quest for acceptance, highlighting the lack of understanding and empathy towards those who are different and advocating for a more inclusive world. Chandragrohon is a 2006 Bengali-language film starring Riaz, Sohana Saba, Champa, Dilara Zaman, Shahiduzzaman Selim and Kazi Riton. Chandragrohon was Produced by Azom Faruk. Chandragrohon is written by Syed Mustafa Siraj and directed by Murad Parvez. Cinematography was done by Mahfuzur Rahman Khan and editing by Tawfiq Hossain Chowdhury. The music was composed by Imon Saha along with Habib Wahid.
