Hero is a 2006 Indian Bengali-language Action Musical movie starring Tapas Paul, Koel Mallick, Laboni Sarkar, Kanchan Mullick, Jeet Ganguly, Tapas Pal and Shantilal Mukherjee. Surinder Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Surinder Films. Hero is written by N. K. Salil and directed by Swapan Saha. Surinder Films acquired the distribution rights for the movie. The motion picture has a running time of 110 min. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₹26 crore. Editing was done by Lokesh and M. Susmit. The music was composed by Jeet Gannguli.
