Asuravithu

Don Bosco transforms from a seminary student seeking revenge for his fathers death to the leader of a deadly gang, highlighting the issues of gang violence and the need for justice. Asuravithu is a 2012 Indian Malayalam-language Action film starring Asif Ali, Jiya Irani, Maqbool Salmaan, Samvrutha Sunil, Aparna Nair, Seema G. Nair and Jagannatha Varma. Leela Creations was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Shaji Thanaparambil. Asuravithu is written by A. K. Sajan and directed by A.k. Sajan and A. K. Sajan. Leela Media Release acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Asuravithu was released on 6th January 2012 and takes a screen time of 142 minutes. Asuravithu was made on a budget of ₹3 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹1 crore. Cinematography was done by Vishnu Narayanan and editing by Renjith Touchriver. The music was composed by Alphons Joseph along with Rajesh Mohan and Govind Menon.
