Film4 Productions in association with Krishwerkz Entertainment, On The Corner Films, Playmaker Films and Universal Music. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) James Gay-rees, George Pank and Paul Bell. The motion picture is written and directed by Asif Kapadia. Altitude Film Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Amy was released on 27th August 2015 and takes a screen time of 128 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released and became successful at box office. Amy was made on a budget of $3 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $23 million. Cinematography was done by Matt Curtis and editing by Chris King. The music was composed by Antonio Pinto along with Amy Winehouse and Ant Nio Pinto. At the 2016 Oscar Awards It won an award for Best Documentary, Feature.
