In the throes of a quarter-life crisis, Megan panics when her boyfriend proposes, then, taking an opportunity to escape for a week, hides out in the home of her new friend, 16-year-old Annika, who lives with her world-weary single dad. Laggies is a 2014 American English-language Comedy Drama movie featuring Keira Knightley, Chlo Grace Moretz, Sam Rockwell, Kaitlyn Dever, Jeff Garlin, Ellie Kemper and Lily Pemberton. Anonymous Content was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kevin Scott Frakes, Steve Golin, Alix Madigan, Myles Nestel, Raj Brinder Singh and Rosalie Swedlin. Laggies is written by Andrea Seigel and directed by Lynn Shelton. A24 acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Laggies was released on 9th October 2014 and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of $2 million. Cinematography was done by Benjamin Kasulke and editing by Nat Sanders. The music was composed by Benjamin Gibbard.
