Killing Veerappan

The movie is inspired from Operation Cocoon. ZED3 Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ram Gopal Varma, B. V. Manjunath, B. S. Sudhindra and E. Shivaprakash. Killing Veerappan is written by Ram Gopal Varma, Satya Kashyap Yenni and K Balaji and it is directed by Ram Gopal Varma. G. R. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Killing Veerappan was released on 1st January 2016 and takes a screen time of 151 minutes. The film made a box office gross of ₹20 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Ram Gopal Varma and K. Balaji. Cinematography was done by Rammy and editing by Anwar Ali. The music was composed by Sai Karthik along with Ravi Shankar.
