In the aftermath of a bank robbery in which she is taken hostage, Josie tells the police, her family and friends a scarcely credible tale. Nonetheless, as they have no alternative story, they reluctantly accept it. Itanong mo sa buwan is a 1988 Indian Tagalog-language movie featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Meenakshi Sheshadri, Amrita Singh, Mark Gil, Anjo Yllana, Jaclyn Jose and The Peta Kalinangan Ensemble. Ram Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Manmohan Desai. Itanong mo sa buwan is written by Armando Lao, Salim Khan and K.k. Shukla and it is directed by Chito S. Roño and Ketan Desai. M.K.D. Films Combine acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Itanong mo sa buwan was released on 20th March 1988 and takes a screen time of 174 mins. Cinematography was done by Peter Pereira and editing by Raju Kapadia and Mangal Mistry. The music was composed by Anu Malik.
