Regal Entertainment in association with Regal Multimedia and Inc. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Lily Monteverde and Roselle Monteverde. No Boyfriend Since Birth is written by Jose Javier Reyes and Noreen Capili and it is directed by Jose Javier Reyes. Regal Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. No Boyfriend Since Birth was released on 11th November 2015 in Filipino and English languages. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₱5 billion. Cinematography was done by Patrick Layugan and editing by Benjamin Tolentino. The music was composed by Jesse Lucas.
