The novel follows two characters, Akira and Akhil, as they face different challenges in life, including crime, betrayal, and navigating inner turmoil, all while exploring themes of love and the impact of ones decisions. Akira is a 2016 Indian Kannada-language Drama Romance motion picture starring Anish Tejeshwar, Aditi Rao, Krishi Thapanda, Rangayana Raghu, Sonakshi Sinha, Aneesh Tejeshwar and Ashish Dixit. S2 Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Chethan, Srikanth Prasanna and Ss Reddy Marasuru. Akira is written by Naveen Reddy, Santha Kumar, A.r. Murugadoss and Karan Singh Rathore and it is directed by Naveen Reddy and A.r. Murugadoss.
