Singh. Sathi leelavathi was Produced by Sanjeev Jaiswal, Sanjiv Jaiswal and Rajesh Singh. Sathi leelavathi is written by Girish Dhamija and Bijesh Jayarajan and it is directed by Deepak Tijori. Dayal Creations acquired the distribution rights for the film. Sathi leelavathi was released on 5th May 2005 and takes a screen time of 129 minutes. Sathi leelavathi was made on a budget of ₹350 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹108 crore. Cinematography was done by Manoj Soni and editing by Asif Khan. The music was composed by National Award winner Anu Malik.
