Saanghuro

A film set in an urban slum in Kathmandu, Nepal, depicts the lives of Krishna, a paperboy, and his mother who works as a sweeper, focusing on their love story and the challenges they face due to poverty and limited living space, aiming to create empathy and shed light on the hardships faced by lower middle-class families in urban Nepal. Saanghuro is a 2013 Nepali-language Drama film featuring Shushank Mainali, Deeya Maskey, Dayahang Rai, Buddhi Tamang, Sushank Mainali, Aruna Karki and Anita Rai. Saanghuro was Produced by Sameer Mainali; Mountain River Films. Saanghuro is written by Binod Paudel and directed by Joes Pandey. Saanghuro was released on 26th April 2013 and takes a screen time of 120 minutes. Cinematography was done by Sushan Prajapati and editing by Anjjay Khadka. The music was composed by Madan Gopal; Udgam Pariyar.
