Ninne Pelladatha is written by Umesh Sharma, Uttej, Krishna Vamshi and Pruthvi Teja and it is directed by Krishna Vamshi, Y.v.s. Chowdary and Krishna Vamsi. B4U Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the film. Ninne Pelladatha was released on 4th October 1996 and takes a screen time of 146 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Krishna Vamsi. Cinematography was done by K. Prasad and editing by Shankar. The music was composed by Sandeep Chowta.
