The first part follows the lives of young musicians in Los Angeles as they pursue their dreams in the music industry, highlighting their personal journeys, challenges, sacrifices, and successes in an unscripted manner. The second part revolves around the criminal exploits of Ted and Rita West, combining real-life events with folklore during a time of social change, promising thrills, danger, and a passionate relationship. Lastly, a reality series focuses on struggling musicians in Hollywood as they strive for recognition, showcasing their challenges in staging a successful showcase and capturing their emotional ups and downs in the competitive entertainment industry, aiming to provide an unfiltered look at their lives. Westside is a 2018 English-language Musical show starring Alexandra Kay, Taz Zavala, Caitlin Ary, James Byous, Erica Gluck, Austin Kolbe and Jimmy R.o. Smith. South Pacific Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) John Laing and Mark Beesley. All3Media International acquired the distribution rights for the television show. The music was composed by Joel Haines.
