Top Boy

The series follows the lives of individuals living in the crime-ridden Summerhouse estate, focusing on the challenges they face with drug dealing, rivalries, arrests, and the search for a snitch within their crew, leading to the return of Dushane as the Top Boy in Series 3, while Sully battles Modie in prison and Dris deals with the aftermath of a stroke. A fourth season is on its way. Top Boy is a 2019 English-language Crime Drama show featuring Ashley Walters, Kane Robinson, Micheal Ward, Shone Romulus, Malcolm Kamulete, David Omoregie and Michael Junior Onafowokan. Cowboy Films in association with Easter Partisan, DreamCrew and SpringHill Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ronan Bennett, Charles Steel, Alasdair Flind, Laura Hastings-smith and Yvonne Isimeme Ibazebo. The series premiered on 31 October 2011 in English on Channel 4. Creator of the series is Ronan Bennett. The show has a running time of 48 minutes for each episode. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Cinematography was done by Tat Radcliffe and Christopher Ross and editing by Chris Wyatt and Matthew Tabern. The music was composed by Brian Eno along with Michael Asante.
