Tooth Fairy was Produced by Mark Ciardi, Gordon Gray and Jason Blum. Tooth Fairy is written by Lowell Ganz, Babaloo Mandel, Joshua Sternin, J.r. Ventimilia, Randi Mayem Singer and Jim Piddock and it is directed by Michael Lembeck. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the film. Tooth Fairy was released on 21st January 2010 and takes a screen time of 101 minutes. The Film was successful at box office.
