The Widow

A woman named Georgia, played by Kate Beckinsale, is devastated by her husbands death in a plane crash, but later sees a man who looks like him on the news in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, leading her to travel to Kinshasa to investigate why he faked his death, exploring corruption and violence along the way. The series is directed by Sam Donovan and Olly Blackburn. All3media International acquired the distribution rights for the series. Creators of the series include Harry Williams and Jack Williams.
