Two brothers, Ned and Jesse, become entangled in a dangerous conspiracy connected to a mysterious car crash, leading them to uncover a sinister project called Big Money - Top Secret, which reveals government corruption, cover-ups, and grave implications as they risk their lives to expose the hidden agenda and protect the victims involved.
