An ageing detective in Britain attempts to track down a serial killer known as A.B.C, who leaves a copy of The ABC Railway Guide at each crime scene while also dealing with an adversary set on outwitting him and questioning his own authority, background, and identity. The series is based on The A.B.C. Murders by Agatha Christie. The ABC Murders is written by Sarah Phelps and directed by Alex Gabassi. Series originally aired on BBC One.
