Sonic and his friends journey to Earth to rescue Cream and her pet Chao from Doctor Eggman, forming friendships and battling various threats as they collect Chaos Emeralds; in later seasons, they face off against Eggmans destruction plans with the help of new characters, ultimately confronting the villainous Metarex and experiencing heart-wrenching sacrifices. Sonic the Hedgehog is a 2004 English-language Animation Action show featuring Jun ichi Kanemaru, Sanae Kobayashi, Jason Griffith, Suzanne Goldish, Ryô Hirohashi, Lisa Ortiz and Christopher Collet. DIC Productions in association with L.P., Sega of America, Reteitalia, Saerom Animation and Milimetros. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) John Grusd, Dick Sebast, Ron Myrick and Len Janson.
