In a fantasy drama series, Sahsus journey to confront her long-lost grandfather leads her to a mysterious community called Mar, who believe her arrival fulfills a historical prophecy, intertwining her quest for reconciliation with the secrets of the Mar community and their connection to Shahmaran, while exploring themes of love, destiny, and the power of legends. Shahmaran is a 2023 Turkish-language Adventure Drama series featuring Serenay Sar Kaya, Burak Deniz, Serenay Sarikaya, Mustafa Ugurlu, Mahir Günsiray, Ramazan Demir and Mehmet Salih Akbali. The series is based on ah- Mar by Emine Buzkan Kaynak. Tims & B Productions was the production house involved in the project. Shahmaran is written by P Nar Bulut and directed by Umur Turagay. Series originally aired on Netflix. Shahmaran has only one season and a cumulative total of 8 episodes which have a running time of 60 minutes each. Cinematography was done by Yon Thomas.
