Servant of the People

The President of Ukraine faces opposition from the Ukrainian parliament, leading to a potential loss of the countrys loan from the IMF; he seeks help from a former prime minister but is unsuccessful and instead manipulates a corrupt governor to create a division among the oligarchs, ultimately using this leverage to dissolve the parliament and abandon the IMF agreement. Servant of the People is a 2015 Ukrainian-language Comedy television series featuring Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Evgeniy Koshevoy, Stanislav Boklan, Anastasia Chepelyuk, Vladimir Zelenskiy, Vladyslav Dmytrenko and Viktoria Apanasenko. The series is inspired from Servant of the People by Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Kvartal 95 Studio was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Aleksey Kiryushchenko, Boris Shefir, Sergey Shefir, Andrey Yakovlev and Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The series is directed by Aleksey Kiryushchenko. UFD acquired the distribution rights for the show. The television series has a running time of 100 minutes for each episode. The show made a box office gross of $23 million. Cinematography was done by Alexander Glinchenko and Sergey Koshel. The music was composed by Andrey Kirushenko.
