In a fictional land named Kumandra, Raya goes on a quest to find the last living dragon to restore a gem and defeat a parasitic cloud that has turned citizens into stone, while learning the value of trust and unity. Raya and the Last Dragon is a 2020 American English-language Animation Adventure motion picture starring Kelly Marie Tran, Awkwafina, Izaac Wang, Gemma Chan, Daniel Dae Kim, Benedict Wong and Sanyee Yuan. The movie is based on Story ideas by Bradley Raymond. Raya and the Last Dragon was Produced by Jennifer Lee, Osnat Shurer and Peter Del Vecho. The movie is directed by Don Hall and Carlos L Pez Estrada. Walt Disney Studios acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Raya and the Last Dragon was released on 5th March 2021 and takes a screen time of 107 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released and became successful at box office. Raya and the Last Dragon was made on a budget of $100 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $130 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Qui Nguyen and Adele Lim. Cinematography was done by Rob Dressel and Adolph Lusinsky and editing by Fabienne Rawley and Shannon Stein. The music was composed by James Newton Howard.
