A middle-aged math teacher faces challenges and difficult decisions in her relationships with her husband, son, and other members of a seemingly peaceful but morally corrupt New England town in an HBO series told from her perspective. Olive Kitteridge is a 2016 Indian English-language Drama series starring Ronit Roy, Tisca Chopra, Parvin Dabas, Aashim Gulati, Mohan Kapoor, Dalip Tahil and Rosemarie Dewitt. The series is inspired from Hostages. Applause Entertainment in association with Banijay Asia. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sameer Nair, Deepak Dhar and Deepak Segal. Olive Kitteridge is written by Nisarg Mehta, Shiva Bajpai and Mayukh Ghosh and it is directed by Sudhir Mishra. Series originally aired on Hotstar in English. Star India acquired the distribution rights for the television series. Olive Kitteridge has only one season and a cumulative total of 10 episodes which have a running time of 25-33 Minutes each. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. The music was composed by Karel Antonin.
