DK, who has been living a happy married life with Indu and their two daughters, brings his nine-year-old son Rahul to stay with them in Delhi, but Rahul soon realizes the truth and runs away from home before being accepted by the family after Indu intercepts him. The movie is inspired from Man Woman and Child by Erich Segal. Masoom was Produced by Chanda Dutt and Devi Dutt. Masoom is written by Gulzar Kalra and directed by Shekhar Kapur. Bombino Video Pvt. Ltd. acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Masoom was released on 22nd October 1983 and takes a screen time of 165 minutes. The Film was successful at box office.
