Pooja Entertainment in association with Black Knight Films and Northern Lights Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Deepshika Deshmukh, Jay Shewakramani, Saif Ali Khan, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh. Jawani Jaaneman is written by Hussain Dalal and Abbas Dalal and it is directed by Nitin Kakkar. Pen Marudhar Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the film. Jawani Jaaneman was released on 31st January 2020 and takes a screen time of 115 minutes. Jawani Jaaneman was made on a budget of ₹40 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹44 crore.
