Festival of Family Classics

The Festival of Family Classics was a popular animated series featuring adaptations of well-known folk tales and classic literature that has been distributed on video by various companies and was revived on TV screens in November 2005 via Boomerang and again in June 2011 on the Teletoon Retro network. Festival of Family Classics is a 1972 English-language Family Animation series featuring Cameron Cuffe, Georgina Campbell, Shaun Sipos, Elliot Cowan, Ann Ogbomo, Aaron Pierre and Donna Miller. The series is inspired from Characters created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and characters from DC Comics. Phantom Four Films in association with DC Entertainment and Warner Horizon Television. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Andjelka Viaislavjevic. Series originally aired on Syfy in English. Warner Bros. Television Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the television show. Creator of the series is David S. Goyer. Festival of Family Classics has 2 seasons and a cumulative total of 20 episodes which have a running time of 45 minutes each. Cinematography was done by Christopher Baffa, James Mather and Simon Dennis and editing by Joel Griffen and Jeff Betancourt. The music was composed by Pinar Toprak.
