Urbanization is expected to increase significantly by 2050 and will present challenges such as providing enough food for the growing population, for which hydroponics and vertical farming are being considered as potential solutions, although other factors like energy consumption and sustainability also need to be taken into account, while overcrowding, traffic congestion, inadequate infrastructure, and strained resources will also need to be addressed through innovative transportation systems, efficient infrastructure, sustainable technologies, and inclusive urban planning strategies in order to effectively tackle these problems. Cities of Tomorrow is a 2014 English-language television show.
