Boys Over Flowers

Boys Over Flowers is a Korean drama about a working-class girl facing bullying at an elite high school and her journey to win the friendship and romantic interest of the schools most popular and wealthy boys, exploring themes of class, friendship, and love. Boys Over Flowers is a 2009 Korean Korean-language television show featuring Koo Hye-sun, Lee Min-ho, Kim Hyun-joong, Kim Bum, Kim Joon and Kim So-eun. The series is inspired from Boys Over Flowers by Yoko Kamio. Group 8 was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Gwak Jeong-hwan. Boys Over Flowers is written by Yoon Ji-ryun and directed by Jeon Ki-sang. Series originally aired on KBS2. KBS acquired the distribution rights for the series. Boys Over Flowers was released on 4th January 2009. The music was composed by Oh Joon Sung.
